We are looking for an Associate Art Director to help us create visually appealing picture books with a strong understanding of how each of these mediums work.Īs an Associate Art Director, you will be responsible for the design and production of books created for both print and digital mediums. Today, Pratham Books creates books suited to both print and digital mediums in multiple languages. All the stories on the platform can be read, translated, versioned or downloaded for free. All this content is now available on StoryWeaver, a digital platform that hosts stories in languages from India and beyond so that every child can have an endless stream of stories in her mother tongue to read and enjoy. As an industry leader, we were one of the first publishers in the country to open up our content to the CC0 license. In 2015, Pratham Books increased its footprint by going digital. Please note that one-to-one and group support is by referral only. ![]() Our grief support groups offer the opportunity to share your experiences, reduce feelings of isolation and build connections. We also make it possible for you to connect with other young grieving people who get what you’re going through. In some cases, and at the discretion of Winston’s Wish, group sessions with family members can be arranged to help you all move forward together. Here, you’ll be able to talk openly and safely about your feelings and together you’ll find the coping mechanisms that will work for you. If you feel like chatting with someone isn’t enough, and you’d like more focused support with your grief, we offer a series of one-to-one sessions with a Winston’s Wish Bereavement Support Worker. We have information available in languages other than English and if you click the circle icon with a stick man at the bottom left of your screen you can use our accessibility toolbar to change the language, font, colours, size etc of the website. If you’re 12 or under, please speak with a trusted adult (parent, guardian, teacher etc) and let them know you’re interested in referring to Winston’s Wish. Whilst right now it may feel completely awful, there will come a time when it doesn’t feel totally horrendous. Instead, we can learn to live with our grief and build a life around our bereavement. In fact, grief isn’t something you can simply get over. And there’s no set formula to ‘get over’ it.
